Regulation:
Upon arrival, for each housing unit rented, management will require a valid ID card for each occupant and a deposit of € 100 The data will be transmitted immediately to Brescia Police Station in electronic form in accordance with the new rules for recording attendance within the hotel and the apartment facilities.
Upon arrival, guests will inform management regarding any anomalies within the premises: the deposit will be returned in full to the client only if the apartment, furniture and service equipment have not been damaged..
Inside the premises it is strictly forbidden to smoke.
Failure to observe this regulation involves the application of sanctions under current law.
Final cleaning will be charged at an additional cost as follows: €40/70 for each stay.
For longer stays, cleaning costs will be agreed with management from time to time.
Linen and towels are not included. If you wish, we offer full linen and towel service for the price of €15 per person, per change.
The use of the air conditioner has an extra cost of €10 per day (unless otherwise stipulated with client).
Guests are forbidden to change the position of any piece of furniture: sofa, beds, shelves, tables, lamps and furnishings.
GUESTS FAILING TO RESPECT ENVIRONMENT AND HEALTH REGULATIONS, ESPECIALLY REGARDING SMOKING RESTRICTIONS, WILL UNDERGO THE APPLICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES PROVIDED BY LAW AND THE REPORTING OF VIOLATIONS TO THE POLICE BOARD AND TO THE POLICE OF DESENZANO DEL GARDA.
Cancellation policy:
Monica apartments, due to its kindness policy, provides all customers who have made their total payment but are not able to use the apartments at the preset time, the possibility to change the date of arrival without losing the amount paid.
Prices will however change in accordance with the chosen period, and the amount paid as a deposit (30% of total cost) will not be returned.
Communication must reach us via e-mail at least seven days prior to period of stay, after which the amount paid will be held as refund.
In case customer does not intend to change the date of arrival, the following policy for refund of fees paid, will be applied::
Cancellation within 30 days from arrival date: 100% of amount paid will be returned
Cancellation within 10 days from arrival date: 50% of amount paid will be returned
